Participatory Scenario Planning is an approach to collaborative design and delivery of seasonal user-centered climate information services developed by CARE International’s Adaptation Learning Programme (ALP). Enable local stakeholders – including women and different vulnerable groups – to have better access to seasonal climate forecasts from meteorological services and local forecasting experts.
