Grace Lusiola is a seasoned Independent Consultant, based in Dar es Salaam Tanzania. Grace has over 40 years of experience working across East and West Africa managing Community Development, HIV/AIDS and Public Health programs. In the recent past, she has provided leadership and management mentorship and coaching support to, D-tree Country Directors in Tanzania mainland and Zanzibar offices. Prior to becoming an Independent Consultant, Grace worked with Engender Health for 6 years as a Post abortion Care – Family Planning (PAC-FP) Global Project Director managing activities in Tanzania and Senegal. Additionally, Grace worked as the Country Director/Chief of Party of the Engender Health’s flagship family planning project (AQUIRE), funded by USAID, Tanzania for 10 years. She also worked with Pathfinder International, Kenya, as the National COP of a Community Based HIV AIDS project; Worked with Marie Stopes International for five years, as the Executive Director, in Tanzania; worked with the Kenya Wildlife Services, as a Deputy Director, Community conservation; the Aga Khan Foundation, Kenya, as the National Program Officer; and Action Aid, Kenya as the National Program Officer and in Sierra Leon as the Deputy Director.
