The Young Women Leadership Program seeks to address leadership gaps by focusing on underrepresented women, offering them the support needed to mobilize resources and succeed. It will prioritize reaching young women with limited opportunities whose voices have not been heard despite their strong ambitions to pursue leadership roles.
